Shipping Questions

Q1 How long does it take for my order to ship? 
A1 EMS is Recommended and the shipping time is usually 7-14 days. It usually takes 1-5 days to package and send an order, so ETA should be between 8 and 19 days. Airmail is also offered but takes 2-5 weeks, so ETA should be that + the 1-5 days packaging and prep time.

Q2 What are the shipping rates?
A2 The shipping rates are broken down in to different zones based on the EMS shipping cost. please see Shippinng Information for the shipping charts and discounts. Our shipping rates are Discounted from the regular client EMS and Airmail rates from China post, Generally we receive a 40-55% discount and try to pass most of that onto you. You can see the shipping informaiton and www.ems.com.cn for details on how much we are saving you on every gram of shipping.

Q3 What methods of shipping does ACETOY offer?
A3 We off EMS (www.ems.com.cn) which is Highly Recommended by us. We also offer Airmail, but airmail takes much longer and is very unpredictable time wise. If you choose to use airmail please be patient and do not inquire regarding the package for atleast 30 days.

Q4 Where in the world does ACETOY ship?
A4 Almost everywhere. Please see Shipping Information for details and if your country is listed. If your country is not listed in the EMS Zones, then it must ship Registered Airmail..

Q5 What about customs and taxes for international orders?
A5 In almost 3 years of selling and shipping toys internationally we rarely have anyone pay duty or taxes.

Q6 Will items be marked as gifts? What value will be declared for customs.
A6 The items are marked as "Toy Gift" with a low value declared for customs usually $30 USD per package..

Order Status Questions

Q7 How long will it take for my order to ship?
A7 Order are usually shipped within 1-5 business days, but larger orders or special orders may take longer. When the package is shipped a tracking number will be entered in to your paypal account.

Return and Exchange Policy

Q8 What is the Return, Exchange and Replacement Policy?
A8 Due to high shipping costs we do not take returns or do exchanges. Please know what you are buying before you buy it by taking a good look at all of the images and by asking any questions of anything you are unsure about.

Replacements: In the odd case something is broken during shipment and it can be proven to be a packaging error then a replacement item will be sent out.
